Portly strong man Hugo Chávez has developed a fleet of spy zeppelins. Nation, Venezuela has developed blimp technology. Sure, for now Chávez is using them to fight crime in Caracas, but if he sailed one of those things north, and there was no wind, he could get one of his dirigibles del diablo over our soil in a matter of months. Now that Chávez has felt the power of conspicuous slow moving flight, it's only a matter of time until he develops the autogyrating attack flycycle.
