Christopher Rivera, better known by his alias CalibreGG, is an American gaming content creator . Formerly a team member of [1] Socom E Seals Global & USA Championship winning clans. He provides entertainment and gaming experiences through his Youtube platform. Currently, he is one of the most dominating players in Rogue Company (RoCo) on the PC.
Early Life
[edit]Christopher grew up in Union City, New Jersey and born to Hispanic parents. He attended Penn State University and graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice.
Esports Career
[edit]Rivera started his Esports career at the early age of 16. He played SOCOM II U.S. Navy SEALs on the Playstation 2 console. His love for competition and relentless, no-fear, play style lead him to compete is several local and regional tournaments. The biggest of these tournaments was the Socom E-Seals USA & Global championships. CalibreGG also competed regularly on Gamebattles (now Major League Gaming) and was known to do 10 or more matches a day leading up to any tournament. Alongside Clan [R]elentless and [Liquid], CalibreGG (then zEro & Monsterknight) won the regional & eventually the USA Championship in 2004.
Now a seasoned veteran of 1st & 3rd person shooters, CalibreGG looks to replicate his success with the release of Rogue Company. This 3rd person tactical shooters is developed by Hi-Rez Studios and is set to be the next large esport title.
CalibreGG has previously competed in other esports titles, including Apex Legends, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Overwatch, and Rainbow Six Siege,
