ambiguity:

apparent contradiction: logically correct but appears to contradict. Often caused by using the same word in different contexts.

consistent: use same name, format, etc throughout article. For example an article may have, '18th century' and '1700s'.

Eng: English. may be logical but non standard use

expand: expand existing information so that it is more informative.

rev: revert normally due to vandalism or erroneous good faith edit

run-on ambiguity: logically and grammatically correct but misleading when casually scanned. eg: 'Her interests are, English, history, and philosophy.' Looks like 'English history' at a quick scan. Run-on ambiguity also occurs between sentences.

self: self-error

shorten: shorten but maintain same meaning

sort: rearrange in order: chronological, importance, alphabetical, etc

specific: replace pronoun with noun. specify an exact number or date etc. for example replace 'up till now' or 'next year' with 'as of 2015' and '2016' respectively.

spell: spelling. often UK/US variations in spelling cause problems but stay with context and other spelling in article.

tidy: generally tidy up a portion of text so that it constitutes a whole, and is digestible by the average reader.

typo: typing error

uneven list: A list with differing elements of number, tense, etc

van: vandalism
