Before Nova Twins
[edit]Amy Love, from Grays, Essex was an alumni of The British Academy of New Music part of Access to Music and was signed as a solo artist to SE13 Records (run by Georgia South's parents). She has also been a guest vocalist with fellow alumni Gecko. Georgia South from Ladywell, South London was in Floodliners, a band that contained young musicians with a pop punk style.
Amy and Georgia came together as a duo (on the hunt for a female drummer) under the name Braats, and under this name one track was recorded but never issued - "Bad Bitches".
Nova Twins
[edit]In 2015, with their name changed to Nova Twins, and a semi-permanent drummer in the shape of Tim Nugent, they produced their first video for Bassline Bitch. Soon after in 2016, a 5-track EP containing Bassline Bitch, Hitlist, Wave, Drums and Twitch was produced on 10-inch Green Vinyl and for download, accompanied with a video for Hitlist. In early 2017, Amy and Georgia self produced a video for Wave.
