Hi! I'm Broveer and I'm a Digital entertainment enthusiast. I joined Wikipedia on 15 June, 2020. I like to create and improve articles on Technology, Movies, TV Shows, Video games and everything else that revolves around those subjects.
Movies are a big part of my world. I love getting lost in the captivating story. I mostly like movies that are not just stand alone films but a part of a series of an interconnected universe, like Marvel or DC. James Bond and Mission: Impossible are some of the best movie series I have ever seen.
As an enthusiast with access to a smart phone, I too have made some videos to have fun and learn more about the process of filmmaking (Too embarrassed to link them here (~_~)). I am way too interested in making movies. In fact, I plan to join the movie industry as a VFX Artist after college. I like to write too, so a career as a scriptwriter is also something I'm aiming for.
I wasn't too keen on watching TV Shows. Lockdown introduced me to this vast new world, and now I'm hooked! Shows like Stranger Things, Loki, The Madalorian, Locke and Key and many more have me glued to the screen, eager to see what comes next.
Video Games are something that have been a part of my life for a very long time. I played my very first video game when I was around 5 years old. I don't remember it but my parents say it was that old chess game on Windows 7. Since, then I have played many, many [video] games. From Playstation 4 to Xbox 360, PC to mobile, the platforms have varied. Though I have never owned a single console I got the chance to play at friends homes.
My passion for music extends to playing instruments as well, inspired by YouTubers like Frank Tedesco and TheDooo, I want to develop my ear training skills to be able to play any song on any instrument just by listening to it by ear. I'm currently taking piano lessons and am enjoying the journey so far. I also want to make background scores for movies and other digital media because an iconic soundtrack can leave a lasting impression. I'd like to be a part of that artistic process.
I am also fascinated by the world of internet. The vast creative potential of building something online sparked my keenness on the subject. So, I learnt to codewebsites. I even started my own blog that was coded from scratch by myself. Everything, from the actual coding of the blog to hosting it to the web, was done manually on my own.
The real reason I started to learn code was because I started to notice that most websites for the Indian Government looked like they were made 20 years ago. Those websites had a design so bad that a lot of important information got lost or became semi-inaccessible on mobile phones. I take this as an excellent opportunity to improve user experience on such websites. Hopefully, in the future, I get a chance to fix some of these underdeveloped websites.
