Kawaii

There are many subjects on this page; however, there is not that much information to back up each subject. On this page I think I can help by adding more information on the aesthetics of Kawaii along with the introduction of Kawaii. Both subjects within the page seem to be lacking depth. On this page I will back up many of my claims using Brown's article.

C-Pop

As of right now the page only displays the history of C-Pop and the introduction. I think that I could add some things from the article that we have read and how their communist government played a role in preventing the spread of their pop culture. I could also mention the influence of other nations and the lack of materials they had to to promote their culture.

Article Evaluation

Article: 1970s: Development of "New Music" 

Everything within the article seems to go with the article title. The title of the article is helpful when searching information because the information within the article is relevant to the timeframe of the title. The article describes different types of J-pop that was popular during the 1970s, which primary focuses on folk, rock, and electronic. There are tons of citations all over the article and even a sections where it asks for clarification so one can tell that it has been edited. With the citations are evidence to back up the claims made throughout the article. Many of the links are focused on names of bands and other important people that have influenced J-pop. There are some terms within the article that would be nice to link to outside pages for more clarification; however, that could be why someone has already asked for clarification. For the most part this article seems to be set up correctly and organized so that it is easily understandable.
