I design things... sometimes they design me.

25 years graphic design experience in both print and web (yet I still struggle with the formatting of Wikipedia...). Nowadays I often manage creative projects on a larger scale - Creative Direction may be a good term for it – but I continue to design for pleasure. It's good sometimes being in a position to be be able to turn down work. Can't always be choosy though.

I am fascinated by the many design processes (or lack of process) involved in creating design projects.

Although I started earlier, my real passion for graphic design came from Neville Brody's magazine designs in the 1980s. I can still see the remnants of his legacy in today's younger designers.

I love football (soccer), Picasso and hill walking.

I don't have enough hours in the day.
