Seismic Skate Systems Seismic Skate Systems is a brand manufacturer of skateboards, longboards, and associated parts and accessories – including wheels, bearings, trucks, decks, grip tape, and gloves. Former pro freestyle skateboarder Daniel Gesmer founded the company in 1993, and since 1995 it has been based in Boulder, Colorado. Seismic owns patents on its Aeon-brand truck and Tekton-brand bearings.
