Blue Harvest, also known as Alex Rowland, used Wikipedia on a frequent basis, usually for things like assignments and general boredom. One day he created a Wikipedia account, and started creating articles for Executive orders that didn't have one- Executive Order 6340 was the first page he actually ever created. He unofficially launched a little known campaign for Presidency in 2008, but failed to even get his vote.
