Disruption
[edit]I don't know what you think you are achieving by making it impossible for users to access the links at the tops of user pages and talk pages, but it is highly disruptive, and unless you have a good reason for it please stop. Users have a legitimate right to access, for example, a page's history, and to watchlist a page, and it is not helpful for you to try to stop them from doing so. Also, you have hoist yourself on your own petard, because you recently tagged a page for speedy deletion, but you have cleverly covered up the link for an administrator to delete the page, thereby preventing deletion. (You can't see the link, because you are not an administrator, but it is there.) Yes, I could get round your obstruction and delete the page, with some effort, but why should I? You are the person who has chosen to deliberately obstruct other editors, and I see no reason why anyone else should spend time and effort helping you avoid being the victim of your own obstruction. Once again, I ask you to remove the obstruction, which makes it difficult for other users to perform perfectly legitimate tasks. JamesBWatson (talk) 13:59, 12 January 2012 (UTC)
- I see that, since I posted the above message, you have made over two dozen edits, including three to this page, so you have clearly seen the message, but you have not responded to it. Unless you give a reason for not doing so very soon, I will remove the obstruction from this and other pages. JamesBWatson (talk) 09:19, 13 January 2012 (UTC)
Done
English
[edit]Your recent edit to Wikipedia:Bots replaced perfectly good English with something which made no sense. I suggest you hold back from changing text unless you are sure that your new version is in coherent English. JamesBWatson (talk) 10:12, 13 January 2012 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to edit Wikipedia in a disruptive way, you may be blocked from editing. You do not own "your" user page or user talk page: they are merely placed at your disposal in the course of work on behalf of Wikipedia. Other users may well have good reasons for wishing to access, for example, the history of these pages. You have no right to obstruct other editors from legitimate actions in the course of their work here. JamesBWatson (talk) 18:21, 13 January 2012 (UTC)
