William David Allard was born on April 8, 1949. William is a co-founder of the legendary comedy troupe Duck's Breath Mystery Theatre. William is known as Billy Allard by his oldest friends and Bill Allard by his current friends and associates. Bill is a retired SAG actor. Bill has published a book (splurch.com). Bill has produced and directed five independent feature films. Bill has produced five Comedy Magazines for the APPLE iPad. Bill and his son Richard Allard own a production company, Duck Spots, that is currently producing Sunny Side YouTube. Bill will be hosting a live M-F Sunny Side YouTube broadcast for 13 weeks starting Monday, March 6, 2023. William David Allard was accepted by the University Of Iowa Medical School Fall 1975 and his requested start postponement was granted by the University of Iowa Medical School Dean every year Bill applied.
