Brett McConnachie

Born March 1st 1985, Brett was born in Ajax Ontario. He is a retired professional hockey player, YouTube creator, hip hop / R & B musician, University graduate (University of Alabama Huntsville 2007)

Brett grew up playing hockey for the Ajax Pickering Raiders; and is the clubs all time leading scorer for U16/ OHL draft eligible season. Brett was drafted in the 4th round of the OHL draft in 2001 by the Toronto St Michael's Majors with the 76th overall selection. Brett went on to accept a division 1 full scholarship to the University of Alabama - Huntsville. Playing four years for the school he currently stands 7th place all time in goals and 8th in points. Brett helped lead the UAH Chargers to their first ever NCAA tournament birth and first conference championship (CHA) in 2007.

Brett went on to play professionally for several teams in several leagues. After being released by the San Jose Sharks training camp, he went on to spend time with their ECHL Affiliate the Fresno Falcons. He made stops in Oklahoma City, Amarillo, Tulsa, and finally Fayetteville North Carolina.

After retiring from the professional ranks Brett went on to play for the legendary Whitby Dunlops for 8 seasons and was the teams 4th Captin in their rich historic franchise. He currently sits 4th all time in team scoring.

During his playing career Brett was known as his stage name Brett Williams as a hip hop artist. Selling over 70,000 albums worldwide he toured with the likes of T.I, Ludacris, Lil Wayne, Young Jeezy, Busta Rhymes, The Lox, Royce Da 5'9 to name a few.

After his hockey playing days and music career were over Brett went on to create a web series on YouTube called "The Shooter Shack" in which he's make productions on upcoming NFL games. It quickly became the most watched sports web series of all time accumulating over 25 million views in 2 seasons with over 50 episodes.

Currently resides in Whitby Ontario, and most recently has laced his skates up with the Hamilton Steel-hawks of the ACH (Allan Cup Hockey League).
