Lake Albert is a suburb of the city of Wagga Wagga on the shores of Lake Albert in which the suburb is named after. The suburb is home to three schools, Lake Albert Primary School, Mater Dei Primary School and Mater Dei Catholic College. The Lake Village Shopping Centre, which was built in 1980, is located within the suburb which houses Foodworks supermarket and specialty shops.[2]
