Some useful templates:
- {{Dubious}} a specific statement or alleged fact that is sourced but that nevertheless seems dubious or unlikely. Most commonly, this involves uncertainty regarding the veracity or accuracy of the given source, or of an editor's interpretation of that source
- {{Unreliable source?}} to question the reliability / verifiability of a source
- {{Verify source}} to request verification whether the source in fact says as the statement claims
- {{Clarify}} to request that a difficult-to-understand statement be re-written
- {{pages needed}} in-line request for the specific citation of a page number, or numbers, in a cited work such as a book or journal
- if you don't understand a statement, or feel that "non-expert" readers are likely to be confused, use {{Clarify}}, {{Explain}}, {{Confusing}}, {{Examples}}, {{Why}} or {{Non sequitur}}, as appropriate
- If an article, or a section within an article, is under-referenced, then consider adding an {{Unreferenced}}, {{Refimprove}}, or {{Unreferenced section}} tag to the article or section concerned
- {{Disputed-inline}} to directly challenge a sourced statement as being incorrect (with sources to back up your claim)
- {{Disputed}} and {{Disputed section}} mark a whole article or section as disputed
