Born and raised in Kakamega County of Kenya, Honourable Benson Samba Reuben Wanjofu is a Kenyan politician who was elected in August 2017 as a Member of County Government to represent people of Bunyala Central Ward of Navakholo Sub County of Kakamega County, Kenya. As a Member of County Assembly he's charged with the mandate of Representation, Legislation and Oversight of County executive departments.

Elected on the Orange Democratic Party - ODM, Benson Samba Reuben Wanjofu ventured into politics for the first time and secured a comfortable victory from a race that had 12 contestants. He'd later proceed to nominated Vice Chairperson for the Committee of Public Service and Administration.
