Ching-Kuan Liu, M.D. / Ph.D (Chinese: 劉景寬，1956~), born in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan.  Professor Liu had been the president of Kaohsiung Medical University since  2012, and is the 6th and 7th president of KMU. He had been the national representative of Taiwan to the The World Federation of Neurology (WFN), and acted as the president of Taiwan Neurological Association.

School management philosophy

劉景寬於2012年起，提出治校理念「ILKMU」，即：「Innovation創新研發、Legislation法紀制度、Knowledge知識傳承、Mission使命榮譽、Universality國際視野」，結合在一起為「我愛高醫（I Love KMU）」。
