About Me
[edit]I am a student at Georgia Southern University. My major or area of study is engineering, specifically civil engineering. I like to build things and construct things, and I have had these hobbies since I was a kid. I really liked to build with Lego when I was younger. I am also an outdoorsy type. I like to ski, kayak, canoe, river raft, and swim. I also like to play sports such as ultimate frisbee, football, baseball, raquetball, and basketball. And I like to go to the beach and go camping and hiking.
I really like hanging out with my friends when I have time. We talk, watch movies, play card games, board games, and video games together. We also attend and go to campus events together.
I am working on Wikipedia mostly from my dorm or in a computer lab on campus. I am using a Toshiba laptop computer in my dorm, it is a PC running Windows XP on it. If I am in a lab, the computer will usually be a Thinkcentre, Dell, or Gateway desktop computer running Windows XP also.
Notable Items
[edit]- I was in the Boy Scouts from the fall of 1998 until the Spring of 2009, when I aged out (meaning I tuned 18, the age of an adult).
- I achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.
- Once I became to old to be a Boy Scout, I applied to be an adult leader, or Assistant Scoutmaster (ASM) in my troop and when I go home, I help out in the troop as an ASM. I can pass off scouts on achievements and requirements to gain rank, and help guide them on their path to Eagle.
- I graduated high school with an honors award, meaning I had an overall GPA of 3.5 or higher.

[edit]I really like to listen to music. I especially like the genre of classic rock, but I have just about a little bit of everything in my library on my computer. I have some hip-hop, some alternative, some pop, a lot of rock, and very little country.
