Hi everyone! I am an American living and working in Dubai since 2001. I also lived here from 1981-1986 so I've seen a lot of changes. The city has always captivated me and is why I have no immediate plans to leave.

I use wikipedia more and more as a reference tool and found that the Dubai information was often neither very accurate nor complete. This is why I have joined on the Dubai project.

I have worked in the private and public sector here so have a fair bit of knowledge about the development of the city.

I’m new to editing on wikipedia and still trying to figure a lot of things out so any assistance will always be highly appreciated.
