Greek born (1936) user Bastias has been a contributor to the Greek language Wikipedia (el.Wikipedia.org) since June 2012. He has authored entries on the Greek interwar period concerning its culture, theater and the press.

He grew up in New York City and is a graduate of Power Memorial Academy, run by the Irish Christian Brothers, and Columbia College, class of 58. After college he returned to Athens, where he worked as a publisher, editor and author.
