Barrtism: a new religion
[edit]Few people know about barrtism. Barrtism is a religion where the god, Bartholomew, made the world and put souls into people’s bodies. Bartholomew ‘s pronouns are they/her. This is an important factor in the religion as it is believed that you need to respect her in order for you to get respect as well. Bartholomew knows that they make mistakes and they have written in the holy script (it hasn’t been published yet) that they are planning on apologising in the afterlife for mistakes in this current life.
Who believes in Barrtism?
It is not culteral, yet, but people who have been religious before start to believe in Barrtism in some cases. There is a myth that there once was two teenage girls that “invented” this religion, but many barrtists don’t believe that’s the case.
Afterlife
Heaven is called “Mew”, because of Bartholomew’s name. The word mew from “brainrot” has nothing to do with the religion. Mew is like Earth but without the sinners.
Hell is called “Bart”, because Bartholomew didn’t like the first part of her name. Hell is like a psych ward, a room where the sinners can heal so that in the next life (which is after 1000 years), they can be blessed and live better.
