tsuki no wa no misasagi
[edit]Intro
[edit]- imperial family claims descend from Jimmu (!?)
- tomb or memorial or mausoleum?
- actually buried emperors?
- tombs built when (immediately after/before death of emperor, centuries later,....)?
- no Empress Jingu tomb?
The tomb should be called saki no tatanami no ikegami no misasagi, very near Emperor Seimu's, with the Kojiki and Nihon Shoki listing different kanji for it. You can find it on Google Maps by searching "神功皇后陵".
