Jordan Christopher Inge (born August 7th, 1986), nicknamed The Bald-Headed Assassin, is an American professional basketball player and local streetball legend in his hometown of Eugene, Oregon. Inge currently plays for the Willamette Valley Jaguars (formerly Emerald City Jaguars) of The Basketball League (TBL) also located in Eugene.
He was discovered and brought to the attention of the team's Head Coach Thomas Bullock after having averaged 49.8 points per game during city league games in the Eugene/Springfield area around the time the new TBL expansion team was being established. Inge was offered the opportunity to tryout for the team where he did well enough to receive an invitation to training camp and was ultimately offered a rookie season contract at 37 years old.
Prior to playing professional basketball he played semi-professional football where he mostly played quarterback for numerous organizations; the Lane County Buzzards, Oregon Outlaws, Emerald City Bills and the Tri-Cities Rush. In 2016 he led the Buzzards to a second place finish in the Pacific Football League, losing to national semi-professional powerhouse Portland Raiders in overtime.
In 2022 Inge was offered by then Head Coach and General Manager Ryan Doty to play professional arena football with the Oregon High Desert Storm (now Oregon Lighting, Arena One League) of the American West Football Conference (AWFC) which he declined to focus on pursuing his basketball career.
Inge would ultimately rise to local legend status by becoming a regular fixture at the iconic Washington Jefferson Bridge Park basketball courts in downtown Eugene. He would film his games and post them on social media where he garnered thousands of followers and earned himself the nickname The Bald-Headed Assassin.
