To earn a living I get involved in the technical design and performance of computer systems, mostly before they have been developed. It involves a fair degree of what I facilely call "crystal ball gazing". I have written a book on the subject, which I term Performance Assurance.

However, it is as a long time visitor to the Edinburgh Festivals (The August Feast as I call it) that I have mainly contributed to Wikipedia so far, apart from the briefest of mentions of the day job (Performance Engineering) and Allotment Gardening (another passion).
