Mohd Azizi Bin Ali was born in Pontian Kechil, Johor. He attended Sekolah Kebangsaan Benut from 1998 to 2003 and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Sri Tanjung from 2004 to 2006. He then studied at UiTM for his Diploma in Plantation Industry and Management (2009) before graduating with a BSc Hons degree in Plantation Technology and Management from UiTM Jasin (2012).

In 2020, he participated in a sustainable initiative program by SEEd.Lab powered by Petronas and TATA Consultancy Services which aims to solve youth unemployment by forging sustainable solutions to the community.

From that program, he co-founded Teman Malaysia, a Malaysian social enterprise that provides care companionship services for families in need.

He believes that experience is the best teacher, and patience is a virtue.
