Okay, so now that I have gotten that over with, I am a student interested in art & comics, and similar outlets of creativity. I am also incerdibly interested in the Holocaust, and other parts of history, for some reason or another.
I happen to be 18 years old, and graduating the infamous High-School this year, which leads me to talk about my school:
Started in the year 2001, in Keene, NH, MC^2 is an alternative high-school with intergrated subjects in the classes, and it focuses on getting students internships. It is also incredibly sefl-directed, more so than should be expected. E.G., my research project on existentialism (my choice, BTW), I had no in-class time, and I was only given minor support.
To go up a phase, in addition to every quarter (as a check-in, I guess), the students have an exhibition. The time varies, depending on what type of exhibition (gateway or not), but they have the same idea. We have to communicate to a panel the consists of one of our advisors, one or both of our parent/s, a student advocate, and at least one outside panelist. Yay for presenting.
