Examples of good feedback
A good article evaluation can take a number of forms. The most essential things are to clearly identify the biggest shortcomings, and provide specific guidance on how the article can be improved.
Overall the additions are informative and seem to update the article with more marginalized viewpoints and recent developments! I would suggest keeping the tone neutral by eliminating diction such as "extremely" and "suffering". The final added sentence doesn't have a source and seems to be making a claim based on the information presented; since this is Wikipedia, I would suggest either removing the sentence or changing it to be a summary of a cited source. I would further suggest expanding on what the impact of these NGOs have been, both good and bad.
