The Small Street Journal is a free newspaper published in Bangor, Maine. It is distributed free of charge in Newburgh, Maine. It consists of 12 pages of word games, puzzles, poems and drawings, intended for children ages 5 to 14.

The paper drew attention on Oct. 6, 1999, when The Wall Street Journal issued a cease and desist order on to owner Noreen Reed for "trademark infringement, trademark dilution and unfair competition under federal and state law.^[2]"
