Sweet-sour deep-fried Wantan（錦滷雲吞 pronounced as gam2 lou5 wan4 tan1）is a well-loved dish in Hong Kong. The dish comes in two bowls or plates. To enjoy it, you pick one Wantan and dip it into the sweet-sour sauce sautéed with meat and seafood. Sometimes the service person will place the plate of deep-fried Wantan on the table first, and then pour the sizzling sweet-sour sauce onto the deep-fried Wantan and voila it is served.
