Atal Ashutosh Agarwal(born 18 September 1993) is a social server who has actively worked with India Against Corruption movement for the Jan Lokpal Bill. Born in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh is currently studying at Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, where he studied Mining Engineering. He worked at the Aam Aadmi Party as a volunteer. The party won 28 seats in the Legislative Elections in New Delhi. The party has formed its minority government with Arvind Kejriwal as its Chief Minister.
