HYCM

HYCM is a Forex and CFD broker based in the United Kingdom . A majority of the company's activities is based at the headquarter in London, United Kingdom, however; the company has expanded with offices internationally. HYCM recently re-branded in 2016 from its previous investment brand names HY Markets, PIP Trade and Xing Ye Touzi to the new identity as HYCM.


Henyep Capital Markets is headquartered and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)[1] of the United Kingdom and the Dubai Financial Service Authority (DFSA) [2] within the Dubai International Financial Centre.


History

The group was founded in 1978 as a member of the Far East Stock Exchange, while the Kam Ngan Stock Exchange Henyep commodity was founded as a member of the Hong Kong Commodities Exchange [3] .


Henyep UK

In 1994, Henyep relocated its trading operations to London, United Kingdom and was granted a license by the SFA of the United Kingdom (Now the Financial Conduct Authority) [4].

Henyep Capital Markets (UK)

In 2010, Henyep Investment (UK) Limited changed its name to Henyep Capital Markets (UK) Limited. The group opened its branches and divisions HY Markets & PIP Trade in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and in Kuwait in 2013 with Henyep-Asiya office [5] through its partnership with Asiya investments.


HYCM

In 2016, Henyep merged its capital markets investment brands and divisions and launched HYCM.com [6] .
