I am a professional sailor currently working in the Med, involved with the classic yacht regatta. I have a BSc in Marine Biology and am currently preparing to undertake an MSc in Hydrography. I am also a SCUBA diver and part time surfer (there aren't too many waves in the Med) and basically I only find things to do with the marine environment interesting. I would therefore like to contribute to the marine science components of wikipedia and welcome the fact that other similarly or more qualified individuals will be able to view and edit my contributions as they see fit.
