The UVM Cellular, Molecular, and Biomedical Graduate Program is a post-graduate program at the University of Vermont, established in 1971. The program is interdisciplinary, comprised of 14 separate research departments, including Biochemistry, Microbiology & Molecular Genetics, Biology, Chemistry, Plant Biology, Molecular Physiology & Biophysics, Pharmacology, and the Department of Medicine. There are currently over 80 faculty members on the UVM campus who belong to the Cellular, Molecular, and Biomedical Graduate Program.^[2]

Stated Goal

"The Cellular, Molecular and Biomedical Sciences (CMB) program provides personalized training in a graduate-student focused, state-of-the-art research environment Our graduates are highly qualified scientists ready to take on the rigors of scientific careers."^[2]
