Salisu Ogbo Usman (Born October 26th, 1972) is a Nigerian political scientist, administrator with a PhD in Political Economy and Development Studies and he is the current Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic,[1] Lokoja in Kogi State, Nigeria.
On the 7th of April 2020 Governor Yahaya Bello appointed him as the acting Rector of the Kogi State Polytechnic,[2].
Governor Bello confirmed his appointment as the substantive Rector [3] on 11th February 2021.
Usman was recently promoted to the rank of Associate Professor by the governing council of Prince Abubakar Audu University, Anyigba.[4]
