Zoom application starting guide

Before starting as a note the following steps assume you have registered to zoom. If not, please here.

1. Open the zoom application at zoom.us. Select the "join meeting" tab. It's a tab in the upper-right corner of the homepage.

2. Next you will be asked for the meeting ID. The meeting ID will be provided by zoom to you. Usually in the form of numbers. The sum of the numbers is between 9 and 11 digits. Pay attention to this ID, because the login key is on the meeting ID.

3. Then you are asked for 2 choices. Keep video on or off.

4. Use your login information or you can choose to create a new account.

5. If so, you are ready to surf with the zoom application. Open zoom.

After that, send the meeting details, don't forget to include the meeting ID or link. Yes, you can start the meeting.

How to use screen sharing.

1. Select and press the "share screen" button located at the bottom of the window. This is one of the features that zoom has.

2. To stop sharing, Select it and tap "stop" screen. Zoom has a dynamic sound detection feature. Zoom application also provides full screen options.

In screen sharing, not all participants can use this option at the same time. Screen sharing can only be used by one person. If a participant wants to share the screen, the other participant has to wait afterward.
