Claudine Pépin is a chef working in the United States. In 2002, Claudine was named "Woman of the Year" by the Academie Culinaire de France – Filiale des Etas Unis.[1] She has co-hosted three public television cooking series with her father, Jacques Pépin, Cooking with Claudine, Jacques Pépin's Kitchen: Encore with Claudine, and Jacques Pépin Celebrates![2] She earned an undergraduate degree in political science and philosophy from Boston University before working in the wine industry as the "Brand Ambassador" for Moet & Chandon and Dom Perignon champagne in New York, while teaching food and wine pairing for both the French Culinary Institute and the Sommelier Society in New York. She currently is a partner in a cooking school, "A Cook's Kitchen", in Denver, Colorado.[1]
Claudine also has her own line of caviar at American Caviar, including caviar snack and lunch packs designed for children called "Caviar Kids".[3]
