Let's start with number 1. Bioshock and 2 story line. BioShock is set during 1960, in Rapture, a fictional underwater dystopian city. The history of Rapture is learned by the player through audio recordings as he explores the city. Rapture was envisioned by the Randian business magnate Andrew Ryan, who wanted to create a laissez-faire state to escape increasingly oppressive political, economic, and religious authority on land. The city was secretly built in 1946 on a mid-Atlantic seabed, utilizing submarine volcanoes to provide geothermal power. Scientific progress flourished in Rapture, leading to rapid developments in engineering and biotechnology thanks in part to the brilliant scientists that Ryan brought to the city. One such advancement was ADAM, stem cells harvested from a previously unknown species of sea slug, which were discovered by Dr. Bridgette Tenenbaum to have the ability to regenerate damaged tissue and rewrite the human genome. Tenenbaum joined with businessman and mobster Frank Fontaine to create the plasmid industry, which offered superhuman physical enhancements to its customers. Tenenbaum found that ADAM could be mass-produced by implanting the slugs in the stomachs of young girls ("Little Sisters"), taken from orphanages founded by Fontaine.
As time passed, the gap between rich and poor increased. Frank Fontaine established charity organizations to support the underclass (an act antithetical to Ryan's philosophy). His motives were far from altruistic; his ultimate goal was to use his charity organizations to manipulate the underclass. He also established a smuggling operation to supply citizens with forbidden items from the surface, such as religious material. These, along with his control of the plasmid industry, made him immensely powerful. He tried to overthrow Ryan, but the revolt was violently crushed and Fontaine was reportedly killed. Ryan seized control of Fontaine's plasmid business. Within a few months, a new figure named Atlas rose as the leader of the disgruntled lower class. On New Year's Eve of 1959, Atlas and his ADAM-infused followers began a new revolt against Ryan that spread throughout Rapture.[36] Ryan in turn began splicing his own forces, and his paranoia had reached such a level he was hanging dozens of people, mostly innocent, in Rapture's main square. In order to solve ADAM shortages, the Little Sisters were mentally conditioned to wander the city and extract ADAM from the dead, recycling it into raw ADAM in their stomachs after swallowing it. "Big Daddies", enhanced and mentally sterilized humans in armored diving suits, were created by Dr. Suchong, the scientist behind many plasmids, to protect the Little Sisters in their work.
A drawback of ADAM is that a user must take regular infusions or suffer mental and physical degeneration. As the war disrupted production and supply, every ADAM user in the city eventually went violently insane. By the time the player arrives, only a handful of non-mutated humans survive in barricaded hideouts.Thats the story line now lets talk about how many people play bioshock 1 and two. 1,347634,584,178 people play bioshock now thats alot if you ask me! and how many people dont play bio shock. 1,73458,32547 people dont play. People say that bioshock is the most scaryiest game ever but there are others that are more scary! now thats bioshock lets move onto number 2 Call of duty moderen warfare 2 story line Modern Warfare 2 is set five years after the conclusion of Call of Duty 4. Despite the efforts of United States Marine Corps and the SAS, the Ultranationalists ultimately seize control of Russia and declare Imran Zakhaev a hero and martyr, erecting a statue of him in the heart of Red Square. Meanwhile, Vladimir Makarov, one of Zakhaev's former lieutenants, begins a campaign against Europe by committing numerous acts of terrorism.
The game begins in Afghanistan, where U.S. Army Ranger Private First Class Joseph Allen assists in the taking of a city from insurgents. Impressed by Allen's combat abilities, Lieutenant General Shepherd recruits him into Task Force 141, an elite, multi-national counter-terrorist unit under Shepherd's command. Meanwhile, two other members of Task Force 141, Captain John "Soap" MacTavish and Sergeant Gary "Roach" Sanderson infiltrate a Russian airbase in the Tian Shan mountains in order to retrieve a downed ACS module. Allen is later sent on an undercover mission in Russia for the CIA under the alias of "Alexei Borodin." Allen joins Makarov in a massacre of civilians at the Zakhaev International Airport in Moscow. It is soon revealed at the conclusion of the attack that Makarov is aware of Allen's true identity and, before leaving, kills him to expose his identity as an American, leading the Russian police to believe that America was responsible for the attack.
Angered by what was believed to be an American-supported terrorist attack, Russia retaliates with a massive surprise attack on the United States after bypassing its early warning system, revealing that the ACS module MacTavish and Sanderson recovered had already been compromised before its retrieval. Sergeant Foley leads his squad of U.S. Army Rangers, including Private James Ramirez, in the defense of a suburb in northeastern Virginia against heavy Russian Spetsnaz Paratroopers and airdropped APCs. They then proceed towards a war-torn Washington, D.C., where more U.S. forces are fighting a tough battle against the Russians for control of the capital city.
Meanwhile, Task Force 141 begins its search for evidence that would implicate Makarov as the true mastermind behind the airport massacre. Intelligence leads it to Rio de Janeiro, where the Task Force investigates leads on Makarov's contact, weapons dealer Alejandro Rojas. They find out that Makarov's worst enemy, known as Prisoner 627, is locked up in a Russian gulag east of Petropavlovsk on the Kamchatka Peninsula. Task Force 141 assaults the prison and manages to free Prisoner 627, who turns out to be Captain Price. Price agrees to aid Task Force 141 and General Shepherd in tracking down Makarov. Price however decides that ending the war in America is their first priority. To end it, he temporarily goes rogue, and leads Task Force 141 to raid a Russian port and gain control of a nuclear submarine. Price uses the submarine to launch an SLBM towards Washington D.C. However, he sets the warhead to detonate in the upper atmosphere, which destroys the International Space Station, but not the city. The resulting EMP cripples vehicles and electronic equipment on both sides, giving the Americans a slight homeground advantage. Back on the ground, Ramirez and his squad, after avoiding the aircraft falling from the sky, head to the White House which they find still has some power. Informed by a U.S. Army Ranger Colonel that this provides them with an opportunity to speak to American Central Command, they storm the building and break into the Oval Office. There, they receive a transmission informing them that the USAF is preparing to launch an airstrike against Washington D.C. with intent to flatten the city, unless they see green flares on the rooftop of the White House and other important buildings that are currently under Russian control. Ramirez and his squad fight their way to the roof of the White House and manage to set off flares in the nick of time, averting an airstrike. Green flares are lit on the rooftops of other D.C. landmarks, signifying that the city is in American hands. Following this, they discuss plans for a counter-attack against Moscow.
Narrowing down Makarov's hiding place to two separate locations, Task Force 141 decides to split up. Captains Price and MacTavish travel to an aircraft boneyard in Afghanistan, while Roach and Ghost raid Makarov's safehouse in the Caucasus Mountains. At the safehouse, Roach and his team manage to obtain vital intelligence from Makarov's computer and escape the safehouse with Makarov's men in hot pursuit. However, as Roach and Ghost reach the extraction point, Shepherd betrays and kills them, before retrieving the intelligence and taking it with him. Meanwhile, Price and MacTavish quickly learn of Shepherd's betrayal and escape a battle between Shepherd and Makarov's men with the help of Nikolai. After managing to contact Makarov and learning of Shepherd's location, Price and MacTavish decide to take revenge on Shepherd in one final, bloody suicide mission. During the infiltration, Shepherd tries to escape and a long boat pursuit ensues.
Shepherd appears to have escaped when he drives his boat into the back of a hovering MH-53 helicopter. However, Price manages to shoot the helicopter down just before the boat he and MacTavish are on tumbles over a waterfall. After recovering from the fall, a heavily-injured MacTavish attempts to kill Shepherd with his knife, but Shepherd blocks the attack and in turn stabs MacTavish. As MacTavish lies on the ground, Shepherd prepares to execute him with his revolver, but before he can, Price attacks him and knocks the revolver away. Soap tries to grab the revolver but Shepherd kicks it away and kicks Soap in the head. Price and Shepherd then engage in an extended fist fight while MacTavish struggles to pull the knife out of his own chest. Finally managing to do so, he throws the knife at Shepherd, killing him. Price attends to MacTavish's wounds as Nikolai arrives in a helicopter to extract them. Nikolai warns the two that they will be pursued, but Price insists that MacTavish receive medical attention; Nikolai mentions that he knows a safe place to go to. now thats that let see how many people play call of duty . 2,64747,6349,4827,478 people play call of duty now thats means that bioshock is 1 million less populaur? and how many people dont play call of duty. 1,743734,72348 people do not play call of duty in tresting verry so bioshock is less popular than call of duty and how many people do not play bioshock is nearly the same as call of duty does this mean that call of duty is a little better than bioshock. well thats call of duty done lets move on to number 3. Metal gear solid 4(mgs4) Metal Gear Solid 4 is set in 2014, five years after the Big Shell incident.[17] The world economy relies on continuous war, fought by PMCs, which outnumber government military forces. PMC soldiers are outfitted with nanomachines to enhance their abilities and control the stress on the battlefield. The control network created through these nanomachines is called Sons of the Patriots (SOP), and Liquid Ocelot is preparing to hijack the system. Snake accepts a request from Roy Campbell to terminate Liquid, with Otacon and Sunny providing mission support from the Nomad aircraft. [edit] Synopsis
Act 1 – Liquid Sun
Seeking information on Liquid's whereabouts, Snake infiltrates a Middle Eastern urban battlefield, and heads for a rendezvous point with U.S. Army informants. On his way, he encounters Drebin 893, a gun launderer who injects Snake with nanomachines that enable weapon sales. At the meeting point, Snake finds the US Army informants, the Rat Patrol 01 unit, lead by Meryl Silverburgh. The group is ambushed by Liquid's personal troops, the FROGs, and after the encounter, Snake heads towards Liquid's camp alone. En route, Snake witnesses four cyborgs wreak havoc on a group of armed militia men. He finally arrives at the camp, where Liquid activates the test phase of his SOP destabilizing system, reducing PMC soldiers, Rat Patrol and Snake to a faltering state. Snake catches a glimpse of Naomi Hunter, who had injected him with FOXDIE in MGS, before she and Liquid escape. Johnny Sasaki, curiously unaffected by SOP's effect, transfers Snake to safety.
Act 2 – Solid Sun
Via an encoded message, Naomi explains she is being forced to do research for Liquid in South America and asks for Snake's help. Snake enters the South American locale, and witnesses one of the cyborgs and Vamp turning the local rebels against him. He yet again meets Drebin, who reveals the true identity of the cyborgs: the Beauty and the Beast Corps, four female soldiers suffering from PTSD with orders to kill Snake. He also explains that SOP is currently controlled by the Patriots, a network of AI cores.
Snake reaches Naomi who explains that Liquid plans to use Big Boss' biometric data to access the Patriot's core AI and take control of SOP. Her tests indicate Snake's rapid aging is genetic, and that the FOXDIE virus will cost him his life within six months. Before that, however, Snake will start spreading a deadly mutated version of FOXDIE, effectively becoming a biological weapon. Naomi is kidnapped by FROGs, leaving Snake to battle Laughing Octopus. Snake later tracks Naomi down and they make their escape with the help of Drebin. When they end up surrounded by Gekko, Raiden, now a cyborg himself, appears to assist them with his sword skills and, at great bodily harm, stall his nemesis from MSG2, Vamp, ensuring their escape.
Safely aboard the Nomad, the team decides to get medical treatment for Raiden in Eastern Europe.
Act 3 – Third Sun
Naomi builds a friendship with Sunny and shares intimate moments with Otacon. She explains that an Eastern European resistance group possess the remains of Big Boss. Snake trails a resistance member to their leader, Big Mama, who is revealed to be EVA and surrogate mother to Snake, and his nemesis Liquid Snake, through the Les Enfants Terribles project. True to Big Mama's prediction, the Raven Sword PMC attacks the vehicles transporting Big Boss' remains. Snake and Big Mama's motorcycle escort ends in a crash, forcing Snake to battle Raging Raven, a bird-like cyborg that fires guns and missiles. He subsequently helps Big Mama escape to the riverside, where Big Boss's remains were really kept, and is confronted by Liquid. Unfazed by the military forces ordering him to surrender, Liquid destabilizes the SOP system once again, and easily claims victory in the ensuing firefight. He throws Big Boss's body to the flames, where Big Mama follows to save it. Snake's fruitless attempts to save Big Mama leave him a burn scar. Liquid escapes with Naomi, but the Metal Gear Mark II makes it onto their gunboat.
Act 4 – Twin Suns
Before it's destroyed, Mk. II sends a transmission revealing Liquid's plan. He intends to destroy the Patriots' core AI with a nuclear strike using Metal Gear Rex's railgun, then substitute it with his own core, and gain control. To this end, he needs a non ID-tagged warhead from the cache left in the Shadow Moses facility.
Snake returns to Shadow Moses Island (the setting of the original Metal Gear Solid), makes his way though the complex and defeats Crying Wolf and her FROGs outfit in the same field that he defeated Sniper Wolf in MGS. When he reaches Rex's hangar, he finds the railgun has been removed and Vamp waiting for him, with Naomi at his side. Snake fights Vamp one on one, and then suppresses Vamp's nanomachines and holds off suicide Gekko while Raiden fights and kills Vamp. Naomi, revealing she's riddled with cancer and tormented by her mistakes, disables the nanomachines that kept her alive. Snake and Raiden use Rex to head out of the collapsing hangar, but Raiden ends up pinned under its rubble. Snake, now operating his previous nemesis, Rex, is left to duel with Metal Gear Ray, piloted by Liquid. After both Metal Gears are destroyed, Liquid reveals Outer Haven, a submersible warship ready to fulfill his launch plan. Liquid uses this weapon as a ram to kill Snake, but Raiden, who cut off his arm to free himself, stalls him. Eventually, cannon fire from the USS Missouri forces Outer Haven to retreat.
Act 5 – Old Sun
Aboard the Missouri, Mei Ling, now a U.S. Navy Captain, orders to intercept Outer Haven. Snake, Meryl and Johnny agree to catapult onto it and avert Liquid's plans by implanting a virus in Liquid's AI core. The catapult landing leaves Snake alone, and he sneaks into the control room, where he confronts and defeats Screaming Mantis, who had Meryl under her control using puppet strings. FROGs storm in, and Meryl decides to hold them back while Snake proceeds. Johnny arrives to assist Meryl, and confides he isn't influenced by SOP due to him lacking nanomachines. Meryl and Johnny's romance heats up in sync with the battle, culminating in the two exchanging marriage proposals. On his way to the core, Snake is aided by Raiden. The last part of the way, filled with lethal microwave emitters, Snake traverses on his own, getting weaker as he moves along. Half dead, he finally arrives at the core, where the Metal Gear Mark III uploads the virus. Programmed by Naomi and Sunny, FOXALIVE destroys all the AI cores, disables the SOP system and brings the war economy to a grinding halt. It effectively counteracts the Patriots' upcoming civilian control scheme while preserving the energy and resource networks essential to modern society.
Snake, having passed out in the core, awakes atop Outer Haven's sail where Liquid Ocelot asserts he is ready to gain control. From there, Snake and Liquid have their final showdown, a hand-to-hand combat, from which Snake emerges triumphant.
Epilogue – Naked Sin
Meryl and Johnny's wedding is underway, after Meryl accepts Roy Campbell as her father, forgiving him for their past. The wedding ceremony concludes with a kiss and the celebration begins. Drebin reveals that both he and Rat Patrol were pawns in the Patriots' schemes, but are now free. Raiden, hospitalized after restorative surgery, receives a visit from Rose, who introduces him to their son. The three realize they are a family. Snake stands before the grave of Big Boss, ready to take his own life to avert becoming a biological weapon. Snake sticks his pistol in his mouth and the camera turns away. A gunshot is then heard followed by bits falling in the dirt.
Debriefing – Naked Son
Yet Snake doesn't end his life. Big Boss, very much alive, appears and explains that the body burned in Eastern Europe was actually that of Solidus Snake and reveals that the Patriots were originally an interpretation of The Boss' will, founded by Major Zero, EVA, Ocelot, Sigint, Para-Medic, and Big Boss himself. With increasing power, two rival factions arose within the Patriots' ranks, Zero's who stood for complete control, and Big Boss', who dreamed of a soldier's world. Eva and Ocelot joined Big Boss in his cause. He also explains that Ocelot purposefully used nanomachines and hypnotherapy to implant the persona of Liquid Snake as his own. Over the years, Zero let the newly established AI network assume more and more control, eventually leading to dependence on the war economy, a vision far from The Boss' original will. Big Boss puts an end to the last remnant of this false vision by shutting down Zero's life support unit thus killing Zero.
Big Boss informs Snake that Drebin's injection included a new strain of FOXDIE, programmed by the Patriot AIs to kill the rival Patriot faction and eradicate the old versions of FOXDIE. Thus, Snake has no risk of becoming a biological weapon, at least before his own death. Big Boss succumbs to FOXDIE, but not before he makes amends with Snake.
When all is settled, Snake decides to live out his life peacefully, in the company of Otacon and Sunny, and vows to see this new age off. [edit] Versions and releases [edit] Limited Edition
