This is a second account used by Andypandy.UK.

It is to be used it on public machines, instead of my default account. This is a precaution encase any public machines are compromised.

Sometimes use it for testing too, which should all be within Wikipedia:Sock_puppetry#Legitimate_uses_of_multiple_accounts.
