Amith Ravindra Shetty, (M.B.A Graduate, Human Resource Professional born 8 October 1981) is a Human Resource Professional, Blogger, Traveler, Social activist and one of the knowledgeable HR professional, General professional work profile involves 11 years and 5 months experience in Human Resources, HR Consulting for various organizations in India, Trainer for various collages in India, Employer branding, Motivational trainer, client acquisition where overall understanding of business and work ethics being the core skill. Teaching has always been my passion.

Personal Life Parents I was born on 8 October 1981 in Koppa a beautiful town in the district of Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka,India, to Ravindar Vittal Shetty and Usha Ravindar Shetty. My mother is a Government Employee from a small town called Koppa in Karnataka, India and my father is a Government Employee in Koppa, Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka, India. Despite having three kids, both parents made sure to give Education the same importance as basic needs. Theirs was an arranged marriage like every second Indian couple in 80's had. Tied up with family responsibilities & financial constraints they still managed to make me educated enough to earn my own living.

Education

My schooling was completed from a Kannada medium school named St. Joseph High School, Koppa. My mother always gave importance to Education. In spite of objections from extended family members, she made sure I, my brother and my sister complete college - graduation. We could complete that with ease because we both were lucky to have such wonderful parents, School staff and principal were very co-operative in all ways.

I completed my higher education in Master of Business Administrations (M.B.A) from ISB&M(also known as Indian School of Business and Media)

I was an average student, with math's as my weakest link. I realize this curriculum teaching method was the reason that held me back from performing at my best.

My actual journey of learning and teaching myself started in 2004 when I got my first Internet connection. A whole new world of possibilities opened for me. Social Life We do regular awareness program and do counselling for the people poor and need education. We also do social activities on regular basis like celebrating World education day, participate in Indian Marathon, celebrate children's 's day with children's and send regular newsletter to our subscribers with latest news and information happening in the education sector.
