What you have been doing on the Pradip Baijal page can only be described as Wikipedia: POV Pushing and Wikipedia: Vandalism.

It is essential to maintain neutrality on all articles especially those concerning public individuals. There is a separate section title "accomplishments" which may be used to put forward those points.
