This is an essay.

It contains the advice or opinions of one or more Wikipedia contributors. This page is not an encyclopedia article, nor is it one of Wikipedia's policies or guidelines, as it has not been thoroughly vetted by the community. Some essays represent widespread norms; others only represent minority viewpoints.

This is my RfA criteria. That is, an editor will usually have to meet this criteria for me to support their RfA. Also keep in mind I am not an admin here.

Criteria

To get my support, one usually must:

Have a very good understanding on Wikipedia's policies and guidelines
Have over 4,000 total edits.
Have been autoconfirmed for at least a year.
Have a high usage (at least 90%) of edit summaries for mainspace edits.
Have not been blocked in the last 2 years.
Have not been warned for the last 6 months.
Have at least 1,000 edits in mainspace.
Have either: created 10 articles, made a substantial contribution to 10 articles (these additions must be perfectly sourced), or be a reviewer.
Have participated in 15 AFDs or have reviewed 15 WP:AFC submissions.
Have at least 250 edits in Wikipedia namespace.
Have at least one of the following rights: autopatrolled, rollbacker, or reviewer. (all would be very good)
Be able to speak English very well. (at least Babel-3)
Be civil.
