AlphaTinker 22:36, 30 October 2006 (UTC)I am one of the pioneers of windpower, having co-developed the world's first utility-scale windplant, located within the Altamont Pass Wind Resource Area. I'm here to contribute to the various discussions of how to present windpower to the world. I've worked in windpower for three decades, mostly as a consultant to banks, power producers, developers, manufacturers and even utilities. I've been invited to the White House twice for private energy policy discussions, and have testified in Congress.
