I have my PhD from Duke University in Computational Biology & Bioinformatics with a certificate in Structural Biology & Biophysics. I did my PhD work in the lab of Bruce Donald I completed my undergraduate education at The University of Texas at Austin. I received a B.S. in Mathematics, majoring in Mathematical Sciences with a specialization in Scientific Computation, and a B.S. in Biology, majoring in Computational Biology.

My dissertation is focused on computational structure-based protein design and is titled "Novel Algorithms and Tools for Computational Protein Design with Applications to Drug Resistance Prediction, Antibody Design, Peptide Inhibitor Design, and Protein Stability Prediction."
