I chose to improve the article "Jewish History" on Wikipedia because the Jews have been around for so long and there are so many events that make up their history when compiled together. When revising the article, I will pay specific attention to the Holocaust, being that this topic is directly related with my topic for the analytic paper. The Holocaust is a huge part of Jewish history that showed the strength and persistence that the Jews possessed. I want to improve this article because I believe that the reign of Adolf Hitler left a lasting impact on the lives of Jews and it is not stressed enough in the current article. Specifically, I will focus on some of the causes of the Holocaust, as well as the effects it had on the Jewish population. To add, I will write about some of the important events that occurred during the massacre. Overall, I believe that the article does not contain many specifics, and by revising it, I will be able to provide more insight on the Holocaust as a whole.
