I hang out on wikipedia mostly to learn new things. I will correct typos and incorrect information when I see either. Sometimes I'll check a page for typos just to make a contribution.

I hate vandals, especially the sort who modify wikipedia articles to see how long their changes will go unnoticed (Reporters, et al, I'm talking to you!).
