[edit]Bateren Glory Ochuko (born 3 June 2000), known professionally as Bateren Glory (sometimes called Afroboy OG), is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. He began recording music at the age of 11 but never got to release any song till he turned 18. He rose to fame after ranking second on the Keep It Or Rip It show on KissFM abuja with is debut single Foreigner which was released 26\12\2018.In 2014 Bateren Glory started writing his own songs after listening to TWENTY ONE PILOTS song CAR RADIO
And have written songs on heart break, childhood life, and so on
Bateren Glory was born in Lagos state in Nigeria where is said to be home of party and has Won Unlock Your Fame in Lagos 2014
Early Life

[edit]Bateren Glory was born Bateren Glory Ochuko on 3 June 2000 in Lagos. He grew up in a Christian home where his father and mother were both Christians. Bateren Glory attended Lily Primary School and was later transferred to Advance Primary School where he finished is Primary school. He has his early high school life in Lagos before going to a Dancing Academy for some years and was later moved to Abuja where he had his both Junior and Senior High School in St Aloysius Secondary School. He grew up listening to King Sunny Ade, Fela Kuti, Bob Marley, Wizkid, Wanda Coal and other great Nigerian Artists. In 2015, Bateren Glory new friends likes of Daniel (Dan de Drummer) and in 2017 they made a song titled (HIDE AND SEEK) Which was talking about high school days, childhood, losing of friend and pain of life. They also wrote a song called (PRINCESS FROM CANADA) Which was talking about a friend of theirs which they love being around but not in love with her
Music Career

In 2018 Bateren Glory recorded his 1st single Foreigner[1] and it received airplays from Abuja radio stations after being ranted as number 2 on the Keep It Or Rip It show KissFm Abuja.

Bateren Glory has been off since his two features with other artiste and he is back with his new song Blue Story which is surly one of the best Afrobeat Spiritual song right now in 2021
