The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority operates a variety of bus routes in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. The agency is the primary public transportation provider in Greater Cleveland.

- 13 Buckeye (merged with the 25 and became 25B Madison-Buckeye from 1997-2007. Renamed 13 Buckeye until 2008. Trips between Woodhill Rd and South Moreland Rd now run by Route 8 Cedar-Buckeye)
- 15F Warrensville Heights Flyer (2010 due to low ridership. Currently run by 15 UNION-HARVARD on a daily basis)
- 15X Harvard (eliminated in 2001 and combined into 15 Union-Harvard)
- 17 East 30th-Orange (original downtown loop bus until 1991)
- 17 East 49th-Canal-Rockside (what used to be a reversed Rush hour version of the 77F route until 2010)
- 18 Denison-Harvard (replaced by both routes 50 and 807 in April 1998; partially revived as Route 18 West 98th-Harvard in 2021)
- 18 West 11th-Hinckley (formally 20 route with trips from Broadview/Pearl to Hinckley Rd)
- 20 West 11th-Broadview; later West 25th-State (became route 18 until 2010 and renamed West 25th-State until 2016. Currently run by 51A MetroHealth Line-State)
- 20A West 25th-State (renamed to 20. see above)

- 31X Avon Lake (replaced by 55F in 2005. Avon Lake councilman stopped RTA buses for coming to the city)
