Alexandra Ross is Lecturer in Contemporary Art and Curation at the University of Glasgow, also co-convening the M.Litt in Curatorial Practice (Contemporary Art)[1] - a course delivered with The Glasgow School of Art. She read an honours law degree at the University of Edinburgh, followed by a Masters in Museum and Gallery Studies, University of St Andrews, and a Master of Fine Art, and a PhD in curatorial practice from the University of Dundee. Currently living in Glasgow.

During her Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at the Centre for Curating the Archive, Michaelis School of Fine Art, University of Cape Town from 2015 to 2017 she organised several Art+Feminism meet ups and edits with Jess Holdengarde. Recent edits include 7th May, 2019 and 3rd September 2019 at the Glasgow School of Art.
