Alexander K. Makeyev was born in a family serving in the city of Ashkhabad, the capital of the Turkmen Soviet Socialist Republic on November, 10th, 1950. He has ended training at high school № 11 in the city of Ashkhabad in 1968. The same year he has arrived in Turkmen state medical institute which has finished in 1974.

Makeev A. K. was worked as the doctor the radiologist, the therapist in some cities of Turkmenia and Russia.

Makeev A. K. lives in Moscow since 1980. He was worked as the younger research assistant in laboratory of chess of All-Union scientific research institute of physical training some years. There was he worked on the first models of personal computers of firm HP since 1982.

Then he worked as the weaver on the manual weaving loom, the master of casting of plaster products, the loader, the seller of lottery tickets, the master on small repair mechanical and an electronic clock, the seller on a radio market, the doctor of complex computer testing of a human body.
