I'm a civil engineer located in Montreal, Canada. I work for a large diversified engineering firm, where I design municipal infrastructure. Projects generally range from $1 million to $20 million, although I've also done cost estimates for projects in the $10 to $100 million range. Projects include design, preparation of tender documents and construction supervision of roads, municipal services (water supply & sewers), the civil portion of underground utilities. Projects range from city streets to civil works for shopping centers, sports facilities, wind farms, electric substations, etc..
