Jane Doe

• I think I'm too tired to go through this in detail, but the problem that I'm having with this version compared to what's currently in the article: 1) some of the content that had citations, no longer has citations, 2) there is some information that is duplicated (like the October 16 hearing), 3) some sentences don't make sense, and 4) there's uncited content that I'm not sure where it came from.

• Duress "is" the key point that needs to be added, because that's the reasoning for trying to get this litigated after the statute of limitations has passed. I just didn't get to it. I'm pretty sure that there's already a source that has that info in the article now, I just forget which one.

Attorney Cheney Mason filed a suit on October 10, 2016 on behalf of his client, "Jane Doe", in the District Court in Manhattan. Trump is accused of four separate rapes of "Jane Doe", including statutory rapes in all four cases and a physically-forced rape in the fourth case. The plaintiff has not be named for legal reasons. The alleged sexual assaults are said to have occurred at a series of sex parties hosted by convicted sexual offender Jeffrey Epstein in 1994. At the time the plaintiff minor female was a 13 year old where other minors under the legal age of consent were also brought to the parties for sexual abuse.

If the plaintiff's account is accepted as a true account by the court, rape is statutorily implied for all four occasions of alleged sexual contact between Trump and the plaintiff due to the plaintiff's age at the time making her unable to legally consent to sexual relations while being a minor below the age of consent. It is, however, on the alleged fourth sexual encounter that the plaintiff additionally alleges that she was also violently physically-forced raped while tied to a bed and struck about the face as she asked Trump to stop.

This is the third attempt to have the case prosecuted, which has involved changes in venue and the plaintiff's attorneys. Federal Judge Ronnie Abrams ordered a status hearing for pre-trial or settlement preparation for October 16, 2016. Judge Abrams has scheduled initial status conference for 16 December in a district court in Manhattan, New York.

Although the statute of limitations has run out, which may present an obstacle for the prosecution of the case, legal council for the plaintiff has stated that the plaintiff was under duress all this time from the date of the alleged assaults, and therefore sought "tolling" to reset the clock allowing more time to file the case for prosecution.

The complaint alleges that Jane Doe did not have “freedom of will to institute suit earlier in time" because she had allegedly been threatened by Trump that if she ever revealed what had been done, that she and her family would be “physically harmed if not killed.” Jane Doe said she had been in fear of Trump ever since.

Trump's attorney, Alan Garten, said of the case: “As I have said before, the allegations are categorically untrue and an obvious publicity stunt aimed at smearing my client.”

Counsel for Jeffrey Epstein, an offender previously convicted of underage sex crimes in Florida in 2008, has also been ordered to appear for the same court hearing in Manhattan on 16 December 2016.

Beauty pageant workplace sexual misconduct

• moving this over: Several former beauty queen contestants, including Tasha Dixon, Mariah Billado, and Bridget Sullivan, who participated in various pageants owned by Trump over the past two decades have accused Trump of workplace sexual misconduct by misusing his position and power as owner of the pageants to barge in on the female contestants,

• this appears to be redundant to info already in the article: many of whom were underage teenagers, some as young as 15, while they were in dressing rooms naked and semi-naked.

• oh, good source - I was getting discouraged about Facebook and BuzzFeed mentions. This is a better source for Tasha Former Miss Arizona, Tasha Dixon, stated to CNN in October 2016

• I'm not sure pageants are workplace environments, but I get your point. I'm not sure how much of this falls within the scope of the article, that's why I put it under an "Other" category... and why it doesn't make sense to go into a ton of detail. ...that while the contestants were in a naked and semi-naked state of undress, Trump barged in without any time for the contestants to put on robes or clothing immediately after a minder preceded Trump to "announce" Trump was coming into the room. This incident was alleged to have occurred in 2001 when Dixon was 18 years old, and Trump is alleged to have proceeded to walk around looking at the naked and semi-naked girls, many of whom were in shock, but feeling unable to put up protest as Trump was the owner of the pageant.

Former Miss Vermont Teen USA, Mariah Billado, has also accused Trump of workplace sexual misconduct at the 1997 Miss Teen USA when he walked in on the naked teenage contestants, where she states:

"I remember putting on my dress really quick because I was like, 'Oh my God, there's a man in here!'"

Billado recalled Trump responded saying something to the effect of:

"Don't worry, ladies, I've seen it all before.

Three other contestants who requested to remain anonymous corroborated Billado's account, two of which said the teens rushed to cover their naked bodies, with one of them saying it was "shocking" and "creepy."

Former contestant for Miss New Hampshire 2000, Bridget Sullivan, has also made the same accusation of Trump at said pageant. In her account it was stated that "Trump would walk through the dressing room while women were naked... 'hug you just a little low on your back" and give "a squeeze.'"

•  Done: In audio of an interview with Howard Stern, Trump previously appears to admit the emerging accusations of entering changing rooms of the contestants while they were naked, stating that when he enters:

It should be noted that some of the contestants of the specifically mentioned pageants have not denied the accounts of the accusing contestants, but they have stated they do not recall the events. Other contestants refused to comment or were unreachable.
